Shipping policy

Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours VIA USPS. BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY SALES WILL TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP DUE TO EXTREMELY HIGH VOLUME.

- You will receive an email once your order has been shipped (tracking number included).

- Orders placed before 3:00pm est WILL be processed that BUSINESS DAY*

- Orders placed after 3:00pm est will be processed on the FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY*.

- Business days are Monday-Friday.

- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details.

-We DO ship to PO BOXES.

- Due to the current pandemic, we cannot ship expedited orders as we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

- IN TIMES OF HIGH VOLUME (NEW RELEASES, SALES & RESTOCK DATES) processing & shipping can take between 3-5 days with tracking numbers updating 24-48 hours after 'shipped' emails are sent. We appreciate your patience during those times.
